Job description
Connexion Point, an Integrity Marketing Company, is hiring remote broker-support specialists to assist Elevance brokers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to help serve clients effectively.
Training is paid and takes place Monday through Friday. After onboarding, you’ll follow a production schedule that includes at least one weekend day per week during AEP/OEP, with performance expectations around call quality and timely responses.
