Job description
Schneider National, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Director to develop strategic plans for new customers, grow relationships, and increase revenue and profitability.
You will lead the process to close new deals and coordinate with solution design, relationship managers, and service offering owners. This role aligns to Schneider's Dedicated service offering and requires a track record in sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
