Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) is seeking a Business Excellence Manager - Remote to lead Lean initiatives across the network. You will deploy and sustain Lean and SSPS programs, coach CI Managers, and drive standard work and standardized processes to improve SQDCP metrics.
This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-site leadership. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in manufacturing or operations with multi-site responsibility, strong Lean tooling knowledge (5S, VSM, line balancing),
