Job description
Vandil in San Francisco seeks a California-admitted lawyer to establish and grow the firm's US practice. You will ensure regulatory compliance, guide market-entry options (LLP/PC), and support AI‑augmented legal delivery.
As the practice matures, you will advise mid‑market tech clients on AI governance, privacy compliance, and terms of service, while reviewing AI‑drafted work within our unique Lawyer‑In‑The‑Loop model.
