You will support call center Department Managers by listening to recorded calls of our sales, customer support, and technical support team members to ensure they comply with legal and company guidelines and standards. Our call center supports the sales and support of a medical and security alert system that goes wherever you do. A service that helps save over 5,000 individuals every month.
Our upbeat work culture promotes development and individual training and opportunities for advancement. This position will help identify, develop, and solidify necessary updates to call quality. The successful candidate will effectively identify opportunities in call quality to ensure integrity and customer satisfaction with every interaction.

What you offer:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Exceptional attendance record
Sales experience and/or call center environment experience
A minimum of one-year as a Quality Monitor is preferred
Proficient in Data Entry, and Google sheets
Typing speed of 40 WPM
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
A customer focused approach with adaptability to new situations
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time
Motivation, and desire to achieve powered by YOU!
Pay: $12.77/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
