Job description
Heartbeat Health is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner for our virtual clinic operating in Central Time, Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm CST. You will provide cardiovascular care through telemedicine, perform remote assessments, and collaborate with cardiologists and PCPs to optimize GDMT in Heart Failure patients.
The ideal candidate has an MSN with cardiology specialization, 3+ years in outpatient cardiology, active NP licensure, and ACLS certification.
