Job description
Seamless Assist is seeking a full-time, contract Clinical Pharmacist with strong cardiology experience to support value-based care programs remotely across the US. The role focuses on GDMT optimization, medication titration, and improving adherence, working closely with nurses and cardiology providers to improve outcomes for high-risk cardiac patients.
The position is non-dispensing and requires multi-state licensure, active Texas license, and the ability to operate within CT business hours.
