Job description
Guardian Care is seeking a Care Coach to support families in Bloomington and surrounding Indiana counties. You will visit homes, connect families with resources, and provide empathetic guidance to promote caregiver well-being.
This part-time, remote-capable role requires strong communication, organization, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. Travel within the cluster and documentation of interactions are essential.
