Job description
PC Recruiter is seeking an experienced Clinical Documentation Specialist for a remote opportunity with a top Trauma 1 hospital. The role focuses on documenting severity of illness and medical necessity to ensure appropriate reimbursement.
Required are 5 years of inpatient nursing, including 2 years on an adult unit, and CDI experience is preferred. Completion of an approved RN program is essential. CCDS/CDIP/CCS are a plus.
