Job description
HPSJ Health Plan seeks a Chief Health Services Officer to direct Health Services strategies across Utilization Management, Case Management, Behavioral Health, and Quality programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, align with NCQA/CMS requirements, and drive improvements that promote member care and health equity.
Responsibilities include collaboration with the CMO, oversight of audits, and development of metrics to track outcomes. Remote role with California residency required.
