Job description
Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) is seeking a Chief Legal Officer who serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, executive team, and Board. The role oversees Legal, Compliance, and HR, guiding governance, risk management, and regulatory matters in a remote-first Wisconsin-based environment.
You will advise on complex legal issues, manage outside counsel, and collaborate with leaders to advance WEDC’s mission of supporting innovation, jobs, and economic growth across Wisconsin.
