Job description
Affirm is seeking a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product to scale the product leadership function. You will anchor on the most central people problems, own the external product narrative end-to-end, and drive strategic bets requiring an accountable owner.
You’ll design leadership rhythms, co-own hiring and talent reviews, and partner across functions to drive annual roadmaps, OKRs, and AI-enabled improvements. This is a remote-first role with strong cross-functional interaction.
