Job description
Hexium is rebuilding America's isotope enrichment capability through AVLIS, scaling an industrial platform under a demanding regulatory framework. As Chief of Staff, you will partner with the CEO to prep for engagements with investors, agencies, and the Board, translating priorities into coordinated action across the organization.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring judgment, executive presence, and the ability to move between external engagements and hands-on execution.
