Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to manage sophisticated civil litigation matters in a remote role, with a strong focus on real estate, construction, and complex business disputes. You will lead litigation strategy, draft pleadings, and participate in depositions while collaborating with a paralegal team.
Requirements include 5+ years in civil litigation, California Bar membership, and trial experience; Spanish or Farsi language skills are preferred.
