Remote Client & Booking CoordinatorThe Remote Client & Booking Coordinator provides day-to-day support to clients by assisting with scheduling, reservations, documentation, and general service coordination. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a remote, structured environment.This is a support-based role centered on communication, organization, and follow-through.Assist clients with booking requests, scheduling, and reservation coordinationCommunicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms to provide updates and supportAccurately enter, update, and maintain client information and booking detailsCoordinate timelines, confirmations, and service documentationProvide general client support and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional mannerFollow established processes and internal guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistencyCollaborate with internal teams to support client needs and workflow efficiencyStrong communication and customer service skillsHighly organized with attention to detailComfortable working independently in a remote environmentBasic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlinesProfessional demeanor and reliabilityPrevious experience in customer service, scheduling, hospitality, or administrative support is helpful but not required.Fully remote positionFlexible scheduling options may be availableTraining and ongoing support providedRemote work flexibilitySupportive, structured team environmentClear expectations and processesOpportunity to build valuable coordination and client service skills$50,000 - $70,000 a year
