Job description
Assetara Limited is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship & Support Specialist to join our team remotely via the Assetara platform. You will be the main contact for clients, delivering concierge-level account assistance and guiding users through the workspace.
In this role you will manage client communications, CRM notes, and SLA compliance while strictly following security and compliance guidelines. You will never provide investment advice or handle funds.
