Job description
Sage Clinical RCM, LLC is seeking a Clinical Appeals Specialist to review denials related to medical necessity and validation, and to develop clear, evidence-based appeal letters supporting accurate reimbursement.
This role analyzes medical records, payer rationales, and coding guidance to determine whether documentation supports an appeal, while collaborating with utilization review, CDI, coding, physicians, and revenue cycle teams in a remote environment.
