Job description
Paycom - ATS is seeking a Clinical Charge Analyst to audit inpatient and outpatient accounts by comparing clinical documentation, billing details, and departmental charging practices. You will identify discrepancies, quantify financial impact, and support timely resolutions with clinical and revenue cycle teams.
You will maintain knowledge of coding principles and charge capture guidelines, and work primarily in an office or remote setting with a collaborative, detail-focused team.
