Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Clinical Program Director for Heart Failure & Cardiovascular Programs to lead the design and implementation of technology-enabled care pathways that improve affordability, outcomes, and member experience.
This remote role partners with clinical leaders to drive GDMT optimization, develop KPIs and dashboards, and coordinate cross-functional teams across cardiovascular priorities.
