Job description
Singing River Health System in Mississippi is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist to enhance documentation quality and coding accuracy. You will analyze patient status, treatment plans, and history, identify gaps, and serve as a clinical liaison to nursing staff and physicians.
The role requires an RN with at least 2 years in an acute-care facility (or qualified coder with ICD-9/10 experience), knowledge of AHA Coding Clinic, and MS-DRG/APR-DRG concepts, plus travel within SRHS service
