Job description
Humana Inc. is seeking a Clinical Programs Pharmacist Lead to join the Pharmacy Stars team, accountable for patient safety performance and improving medication adherence for Medicare members. The role requires autonomous development and management of clinical program strategies.
The ideal candidate has a PharmD or RPh, active licensure, 5+ years in managed care or pharmacy, and strong communication and project leadership skills. Travel may be required for training and meetings.
