Job description
Humana Inc. seeks a Clinical Programs Pharmacist Lead to develop, implement, and manage clinical strategies that improve Medicare member medication use and adherence.
You will exercise independent judgment on complex issues, collaborate across teams, and steer multiple projects toward optimal outcomes. With a PharmD or RPh and 5+ years in managed care or pharmacy, you’ll leverage strong communication and data analysis skills to influence program design.
