Humana Inc. invites you to join the Pharmacy Stars team as Clinical Programs Pharmacist Lead, accountable for patient safety performance and medication-use improvement for Medicare members.
You will autonomously develop, implement, and manage clinical program strategies, exercising independent judgment on complex issues. The role requires a PharmD or RPh, active license, 5+ years of clinical experience in managed care or pharmacy, strong communication, and project leadership.
