Waymark seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Manager for the California team to improve care for Medicaid patients. You will supervise pharmacists and technicians, engage patients through outreach and education, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective medication use in ambulatory settings.
Ideal candidates bring PharmD with CA licensure, PGY1, 5+ years in ambulatory care, and a track record in care management and patient advocacy.
