Job description
CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Medicaid Prior Authorization Pharmacist for a fully remote role open to qualified candidates in the United States with active TX or AZ licensure. The position requires 3+ years as a pharmacist or PGY1 managed care, and applicants must obtain the secondary license within 90 days.
