Job description
Everlywell is seeking a Clinical Program and Quality Manager to lead virtual clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care and compliant documentation across programs. The role supervises RN/MA teams, manages capacity, and drives KPI-based improvements in a fast-paced telehealth environment.
The ideal candidate is an RN with 5+ years of clinical experience, proven QA/chart-audit leadership, and adept at coordinating cross-functional teams using Epic, Salesforce, and other healthcare tech.
