A leading enterprise communications organization is seeking a Voice Phone Cloud Contact Center Architect to design and implement cloud-based voice and contact center systems. The role requires 10+ years of experience in contact center architecture and operations, as well as expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Azure services.
