How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm (HTM) is seeking a results-driven CMO to lead marketing for a portfolio of small law firms, while HTM provides clients, systems and support. You’ll work remotely as a full-time W-2 employee with a $110,000 base salary and performance compensation that brings the total to $182,000+ OTE, along with benefits and no client prospecting.
Ideal candidates have executive marketing experience, strong coaching skills, and a track record growing firms in the $500K–$25M range,
