Job description
Emploive in the United States is seeking a Coding Manager, Educator & Reviewer to lead the coding team, ensure accuracy, and drive continuous improvement across the Revenue Cycle. You will oversee daily coding operations, set policies, and collaborate with CDI to strengthen documentation integrity.
This remote leadership role requires expertise in ICD-10-CM/PCS, DRG logic, and CMS payer guidelines, plus hands-on coder education, audits, and reporting.
