Job description
The Food Allergy Institute (FAI) is hiring a Provider, Command Center (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in Long Beach, CA. You will lead virtual and onsite teams, manage complex patient cases, and optimize workflows using Pantaleon, Salesforce, Athena and HubSpot.
This hybrid remote role includes 10-hour shifts, on-call coverage, and a comprehensive benefits package. California licensure required with NP/PA credentials, NPI, and BLS/PALS/ACLS certifications.
