Job description
WCG is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Enablement to drive the revenue motion by ensuring sales has the training, tools, processes, and support for consistent field readiness and performance. You will partner with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to align messaging and initiatives across the business.
You will design and deliver role-based programs, onboard new hires quickly, and provide ongoing coaching and performance insights to improve win rates and customer outcomes.
