Job description
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Commercial Appraiser to perform high-impact valuations across a range of properties. You will engage with assignments, define scope, and apply appropriate valuation methods within a collaborative team.
The role requires 2–5 years of CRE appraisal experience, a bachelor’s degree, and an active Certified General Appraiser license. Expertise in Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL is a plus and relocation/support may be available.
