Job description
BJC HealthCare is seeking an experienced Compliance Partner to support the Corporate Compliance Workplan, educating departments under audit and reinforcing regulatory requirements. The role focuses on audits of medical records and claims, and on developing training to improve compliance outcomes across the organization.
Ideal candidates will have RN and RHIA/RHIT credentials, 10+ years of experience, and a track record in healthcare compliance and post-payment denials appeals.
