Job description
Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec company, seeks an experienced Corporate Counsel to provide strategic construction-law guidance across complex vertical projects. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, support bids, and mentor teams while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
You will collaborate with executives, project teams, and departments, travel up to 30%, and participate in mergers or acquisitions as needed.
