Job description
Cambia Health is seeking a Contract Digital Medication Support Network Pharmacist to work from home within Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, or Arizona. You will review medications and provide evidence-based recommendations to help members choose safe, effective treatments.
Compensation is a flat hourly rate per case, with extra fees for doctor or patient calls, and no required hours. Active pharmacy licensure in the state of practice is required, with Arizona licensure explicitly noted.
