Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is seeking an experienced attorney to join a corporate team on a long-term, indefinite temporary basis. This remote role requires a New York bar and 5+ years of relevant experience, handling corporate legal matters including litigation management and regulatory compliance.
The attorney will support SEC filings, governance, and commercial contracting, coordinating with outside counsel and internal teams to deliver practical risk-based guidance.
