In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating business strategy into actionable HR initiatives. You will lead efforts in workforce planning and drive organizational changes while ensuring a comprehensive approach to talent management and employee relations. Accountabilities
Act as a strategic advisor to executive and senior leadership teams.
Translate business strategy into HR priorities and actionable initiatives.
Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning efforts.
Drive and occasionally lead large-scale change initiatives.
Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness and team development.
Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters.
Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience required.
Minimum of 7 years’ human resources experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
Experience in union work environments preferred but not required.
Ability to conduct investigations and resolve employee grievances.
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
