Job description
Ethos, a network connecting experts with investors, seeks an experienced corporate development director to help shape AI-driven presentations and slide decks for live transactions. This remote, flexible role requires 4+ years in in-house M&A or corporate development and exceptional PowerPoint craftsmanship.
You will create, evaluate, and refine board decks, target analyses, synergy exhibits, and integration memos for ongoing deals, coordinating with senior stakeholders on tight timelines.
