Leoforce seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join the team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will manage real estate transactions end-to-end, focusing on industrial park acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financings.
Requirements include a J.D., active U.S. bar membership, and 4+ years in CRE law with strong drafting, negotiation, and diligence skills. Excellent communication and independence in a fast-paced environment are essential.
