Job description
EMPACT-SPC in Arizona seeks a Hotline Specialist to support callers on our suicide prevention hotline, delivering crisis interventions and referrals. Remote work is possible, but candidates must reside in AZ and be prepared to respond to veterans, service members, and families.
You will complete clinical documentation, train new staff, and participate in meetings and events as required. A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or related field and 5 years of behavioral health experience
