Job description
EMPACT- Suicide Prevention Center in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Hotline Specialist to support callers on the crisis line, provide immediate interventions, and guide referrals to available services. The role is remote but you must reside in Arizona.
You will work from home as needed, attend required trainings, and collaborate with the crisis team to ensure safe, professional responses. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in behavioral health are required; crisis experience is preferred.
