Job description
The Samaritans Cape Cod and the Islands is seeking compassionate individuals for the Crisis Line Hotline Associate role. This remote, part-time position requires Massachusetts residency and offers 5:00 AM–9:00 AM shifts Thursday through Sunday with a pay rate of $19 per hour.
In this role you will listen to callers in distress, provide empathetic support, document interactions, and follow crisis intervention protocols while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
