Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Handle product or service questions and provide accurate information.
Document all interactions in the customer service database accurately and thoroughly.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams in a timely manner.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Contribute to process improvements and share insights to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable using CRM software and other customer support tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
