Join our team as an Independent Sales Representative and play a vital role in introducing individuals to our comprehensive supplemental benefit packages. In this remote role, you can build your own schedule while engaging warm leads, delivering virtual presentations, and helping clients enhance their well-being.
Requirements
Connect with pre-qualified warm leads to schedule virtual consultations.
Conduct clear, engaging virtual presentations to guide clients through their supplemental coverage options.
Help clients select and enroll in plans that best fit their budget and needs.
Maintain professional digital communication to build trust and rapport.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.
Strong verbal communication skills and a comfortable presence on camera (Zoom/Google Meet).
Self-motivated mindset with the ability to manage your time independently.
A reliable computer setup with high-speed internet.
Must be willing to obtain or hold a standard state Life & Health license (guidance provided during onboarding)
