A technology solutions firm is seeking a Data Entry Operator to work remotely. The role involves processing inbound complaints, documenting contacts, and navigating multiple systems. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience, possess excellent typing skills, and have an active Public Trust Security clearance. The operator must work 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday through Friday, meeting strict guidelines and deadlines.
