Job description
Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking a Data Platform Engineer to lead the modernization of a healthcare data platform. The role focuses on evolving from MSSQL XML storage to scalable AWS data architecture, enabling SQL-based reports for business users.
The ideal candidate will design migration paths, build data catalogs, optimize performance and costs, and work with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data models. Remote, US-based position with strong VA department alignment.
