Job description
Gilmer Independent School District (GISD) is seeking a Data Scientist to support data‑driven decision making across academic, operational, and administrative areas. You will analyze large datasets, build predictive models, and create dashboards for district leadership and campuses.
The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in Python/R/SQL, experience with big data, and the ability to communicate findings to non‑technical stakeholders while advancing student outcomes.
