ACLU of Montana seeks a Deputy Legal Director to co-lead its Legal Department and shape a high-impact docket defending civil rights across Montana. The role oversees staff attorneys and paralegals and reports to the Deputy Director.
The ideal candidate has a J.D. with 9+ years of civil litigation, Montana bar admission, and a track record in complex litigation, leadership, and collaboration with diverse communities. Remote option with travel.
