Job description
BairesDev places Indian DevOps Engineers into Silicon Valley client work (fully remote). 3+ years experience, dollar-denominated comp, hardware provided. Apply at
BairesDev is a global staffing company that connects senior engineering talent in India with Silicon Valley and US tech-company projects on fully remote terms. The 2026 DevOps cohort focuses on cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP), CI/CD, containerisation, and reliability engineering for AI-powered and high-traffic systems. Hardware and software setup is provided; flexible hours with US-timezone overlap.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP per client project. Develop CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable software delivery. Automate provisioning, monitoring, and scaling with modern tooling (Terraform, Ansible, Helm). Ensure high availability, security, and performance optimisation. Build infra for microservices and AI workloads. Troubleshoot production incidents efficiently and contribute to post-incident reviews.
Requirements
3+ years of DevOps / cloud experience with hands-on container orchestration (Docker + Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform), and scripting (Python or Bash). Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP). Excellent English for fully async global teams. Strong portfolio of production infrastructure work — multi-region, multi-service.
Why this role in 2026
BairesDev's placement model means each engagement is a new client / new stack — ideal for engineers who want fast variety and resume diversity. Silicon Valley client exposure is a strong signal for product-firm exits in India 2–3 years out. Dollar-denominated comp typically beats domestic equivalents at the senior level.
Company & benefits
Dollar-denominated competitive compensation. 100% remote. Hardware and software setup provided. Flexible hours (US-timezone overlap typical). Growth in a diverse international environment. Mentorship from staff-level engineers across the global network.
