Job description
Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to educate and support customers primarily via phone or video. You will handle escalated clinical inquiries, deliver remote trainings, and document interactions in our CRM with precision.
Requires 5 years of clinical diabetes experience and hands-on use of insulin pumps and CGMs. This fully remote role is available in the United States with PST hours and a competitive benefits package.
